Hi - my name is Val Fay
I have been writing music for approximately 10 years. I work in different
genres, pop, ballads, musicals, instrumentals and since moving to USA I have
tried my hand with country!
I am a member of The Guild of International Songwriters and Composers, an
invaluable resource for up and coming and established songwriters and through
them found S.C.A.M.P Studios who produce most of my demos.
Inspiration comes from writers such as Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice,
Barry Manilow, Paul McCartney and of course, the late great John Lennon, in
fact anyone who writes good music!!
Recently I have had the wonderful experience of co-writing with some great
people, Tom Rattigan, Paul Harper, Marie Lester Moseley, Jane Gill-Wilson and
surprisingly I tried my hand at vocals for Ken Wood who shares my love of songs
for musicals.
I have also been lucky enough to have met Dan Schafer from Nashville, who
produced and performed the wonderful demos for Don't Judge and The Devil Kept
On Laughing.
I would be extremely happy to forward any further information and CD/Mp3’s of
my music to publishers seeking new material or for an artist to cover my songs.
I am a member of BMI.
