My
interest in music started
as a child, singing on
stage at a holiday camp in
Kent, England along with
father, brother and friends
in a 'skiffle group'.
A few
years on from that, I also
did a little
singing but only
started writing in the last
8 years. I immediately
joined The Guild of
International Songwriters
and Composers and through
them found S.C.A.M.P Studio
who produce all my demos
for me now.
I love
the works of Andrew Lloyd
Webber and Tim Rice, Barry
Manilow, Paul McCartney and
the late great John
Lennon.
I have
two instrumentals published
by Cringe Music in their
production library, I have
been a finalist in the Song
of the Year Contest 2007, I
have reached the semi
finals with 10 songs and
other commendations in the
2007 and 2008 UK
Songwriting Contests.
I now
concentrate only on my
writing and work in
different genres of music,
pop, ballads, musicals
and instrumentals.
More recently since moving
to the USA 7 years ago, I
have written some country
(with a touch of humour) in
the styles of Toby Keith
and Trace Atkins.
I would
be extremely happy to
forward any further
information and CD of my
music to publishers seeking
new material or for an
artist to cover my songs. I
am a member of B.M.I.
I
sincerely thank you for
taking the time to listen
to my songs and I hope you
enjoy my music.
