Welcome to my web page

My name is Barbara Alison and I live in London. Six years ago, I suddenly got the inspiration to write songs and this has become a fulfilling hobby and an important part of my life ever since. I have always enjoyed listening to all kinds of music but am particularly attracted to songs with memorable melodies and meaningful lyrics.  Although, there are many singers that I admire, I tend to be drawn more to the actual songs they sing.

I have written over sixty songs of different genres and have been encouraged to go further with my songwriting.  I would therefore be privileged if artists and music publishers seeking new material could take the time to listen to the songs I am presenting on this webpage.
